The location is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, the only issue is the toilet fan is not strong enough but overall are good. The staffs in the reception are very helpful and welcoming . My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Definitely will book this hotel again in the future.

Clean room, very helpful staff, enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Reception went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. Great location close by the Train station, easy to travel for daily activities and quiet at night. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean and family-friendly, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Tokyo

Fantastic property and fantastic chain. This one in particular is well located close to the subways and the City airport terminal. The staff were extremely helpful and I can only say good things about our stay there. The rooms are like small apartments so they are great for multiple travelers.
