"Staff is very courteous and helpful. Lounge area and in room music system were quite nice. Excellent location. Would easily stay here again. Only issue is lack of storage -no closet, drawers, shelves."

"I stayed here for the first few days of my trip and felt welcomed by the staff’s friendly service! The room was clean, the amenities offered were super convenient & the location is in a super great area with transportation and dining just minutes away and a 7-11 right beside the hotel!
The only downside was that for the first couple nights, I kept waking up to bug bites (NOT bed bugs! I checked!) There must have been a type of mosquito or other little bug but as soon as I started using an insect repellent, it improved!! "
"This is my favourite hotel. I loved that we were in a quieter part of Tokyo but we’re a short walk to Kanda Station and was only 1 stop from Tokyo Station. Lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were so warm and friendly even with our very basic Japanese. "
"Hotel was clean and easily accesible with public transit. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Notably, Yunita at the front desk was excellent. She was extremely friendly and helpful each time we encountered her "
