" Con: my ONLY complaint is that the hotel controls the air conditioning. During our trip it was pretty cold, but towards our last days it started warming up. Either way, the a/c had the heater on. I contacted the front desk and they apologized saying it’s controlled by the hotel. They said to leave the a/c off and to open the windows. They also had a humidifier which worked as a fan for us so we used that. We managed the last 6 days of our trip that way. It just sucked because I usually like the room cold no matter what. Thankfully it wasn’t hot at night. This was the only hotel I had that issue with. If the a/c is a deal breaker, find another place. I would have if I knew. Pros: the room was clean and the staff is polite and welcoming! They offer amenities in the lobby. The check in process was quick. They have a self check-in/check-out machine. They’ll assist you on how to use it. A majority of the hotels offer the luggage delivery service. You have to pay in cash. They’ll explain how to fill out the form. Some may even do it for you. They will all call the hotel you’re sending the luggage to confirm your reservation. They only have 2 laundry machines. The machine has a washer & dryer function. Be prepared to dry your clothes for more time because it doesn’t come out completely dry. It’s nice that they have the option. Since it’s only 2 and you may find yourself waiting to use it, there are laundromats in the area. We didn’t need to do that, but some are open 24 hours. "

"Nothing wrong with facility or service, Just inappropriate for a 6'2" guy of 74yrs Who had recent heart surgery and more recent surgery on both legs. Were I a younger healthy man on a budget, Adequate for what it intends to be. Capsule accommodation."

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"Our room was smaller than expected and there were little spots of mold developing in the shower. That said, the staff were nice and the location is convenient."

"It was a nice, clean property. Strange that we didn’t see one employee there for our 5 days but we didn’t require any help or service. It would have been nice to have clean towels delivered without request but we also had the washer/dryer. Quiet location with groceries super close and trains a couple of blocks walk. "
