"Our corner king room was clean and has a good layout for the limited space. The room shows some minor signs of wear and tear, but it is still very modern and clean. The room has an excellent view of Tokyo skyline and Tokyo station tracks. Excellent location for riding trains and buses. The AIRPORT BUS TYO-NRT bus drops passengers off at Tokyo Station's Nihonbashi Entrance near the Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi. The Bed was comfortable and medium firm."

"Overall this is in a great location, close to trains. Where we struggled was the elevator situation. We would wait 10 minutes for an elevator. Everything time we would want to leave or return we were waiting for an elevator. Additionally, the rooms were very small. My husband is 6’2” and struggled. The dryers in the laundry room took an hour and a half to dry, and even then they were still damp. It’s a great budget friendly hotel in a great location. The lobby, and lounge are lovely, the pool area lovely as well. It’s just the laundry room, elevators and size of room."

"No options for vegetarian or halal for breakfast or snacks. Paid for breakfast for no reason. Staff however were excellent. No one cleaned our room for 3 days and they literally just dumped the comforter on the bed each day without even arranging the pillows. "

"It was in a very good location for us, as we arrived to Tokyo station, about 15 minutes walk. And left from the hotel to Narita airport, taking the direct metro, only few minutes walk from the hotel. Good bread, coffee and hot chocolate offered for breakfast. Confortable bed."

"This is a lovely property in a good location. The rooms were clean and well furnished with everything we needed (and then some). The staff were very professional and friendly. Loved the fact that after we checked out we were able to leave our baggage with the hotel staff and were free to wander and explore Tokyo before our next train trip. Also LOVED the choice to have either American or Japanese breakfast. We recommend you try the Japanese breakfast which was delicious!"

"Room was cleaned but had dust below tv and inside the clothes walking cabinets and doors. Breakfast at Denny’s was ok but could have been better. I wished I had not included breakfast while I was there. I booked two twin rooms for my family was booked under same name my name still they put me two different floors even when I asked for the same floor."

"Cleanliness was top tier. Temperature in the building was great! Staff was very accommodating. Close to a few local metro stations. Great capsule place to stay, size of capsule was big enough for me (5ft 11in, 265lb) to stay in and sleep. The only downside is that the sizes of they're lounge wear goes up to XL (Large U.S.). Would definitely stay there again."
