"There was garbage on our floor every time we came out of our room in the morning the cleaning staff had garbage and all their cleaning supplies on the floor, not on a cart but floor all along the wall leading to the elevators and it was disgusting to see every morning and all day. Horrible system for clients to see that all day. "

"We booked our last night in Tokyo at the Royal Park Hotel and loved our stay. We stayed on the Executive floor so we had access to a higher level floor (with a nice view) and the Executive Lounge (which offers cocktail hour, breakfast, and tea time). It was definitely a fun splurge! I would recommend. The lobby is beautiful and staff is friendly."
