"Great stay overall with a few small misses We had a really solid stay at Hotel Kazusaya. The room was very clean, surprisingly spacious (especially for Tokyo), and had a great layout that made it easy to actually relax and not feel cramped. We had a double twin room. The staff were also very helpful and professional, and the location is excellent super convenient for getting around. A couple things could definitely be improved. The in room refrigerator/freezer setup is pretty underwhelming, especially if you’re trying to store anything beyond basic drinks. Also, the laundry situation needs some attention. There are only three machines, and the one we used didn’t dry our clothes at all during the cycle. Running another cycle would’ve meant paying again, so we ended up air drying everything and unfortunately, our clothes came out with a slight mildew smell. Overall, though, this is a strong hotel with more pros than cons. I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5 and would still recommend it, just with a heads up on the laundry situation"

"The staff were great, helpful and always ready to help. The public bath was clean and always ready. The linens were not clean and smelly."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only two stops from tokyo station yet so quiet. Excellent location for shops including a local supermarket and the chain ones. Plenty places to eat. Also no change on subway to the airport and great links for local trains around tokyo itself.I came back and stayed here on my last night as I liked it so much."

"Nice location, beautiful lobby, staff very professional, efficient, polite, helpful. Train station nearby. Can catch the bus from airport and bus station is right across the street from hotel. Or uber/taxi. Rooms nice and clean. Bathroom a bit small. Staff helped us forward luggage via Yamato transport service to next hotel. Would recommend. "

"The surrounding area I loved conveniently right beside the station and connected to a coffee shop for bonus points. But the wifi was so choppy like it was 56k. Just didn't feel comfortable here. Probably wouldn't stay here again. "
