"Location is ver y convenient, close to TCAT where we took the airport limousine. It is very near to subway station Suitengumae, convenience store which is great. Having a washing machine in the apartment is a plus for my family. "

"This was a great hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a decent size for the three of us. And even a little balcony of the bedroom. The breakfast was superb, with lots of food choices. Great breakfast room two, which was really relaxing. It was in a quiet, safe location with easy access to lots of train stations. We stayed four nights and it really met our expectations. "Enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious enough for us to open 2 large suitcases fully. There wasn’t much to offer in the area but the subway station was nearby with elevators so we could roll our luggage easily when we arrived n when departing for Haneda, which was a direct train ride. It was very near Ginza without paying the Ginza hotel rate. Was a good and convenient last night stay before returning home. "

"being so close to tcat was a super plus for us. Also the Suitengu mae station being below the tcat made it easy to get around tokyo ans nearby prefectures. The hotel was excellent, only the elevator is a bit small but manageable."

"Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good, rooms are big if somewhat dated. TCAT is steps away (and I believe connected on the second floor?), allowing very easy transit from Narita airport by limo bus. Suitengumae Metro station entrance is even closer."
