Quiet hotel not far from transit and small, hidden gem restaurants. The property has a very zen like feel with a rooftop garden and guest lounge that serves tea and coffee. The rooftop garden also features a no charge foot bath. Rooms are small but comfortable and the AC was fantastic, especially with summer heat in Tokyo.

Location was great, cost reasonable, and access to metro very good. Rooms are small but that is typical for Tokyo. Lots of elevator travel as whenever you enter the hotel you need to go to the 14th floor and then back down with a separate elevator to your room. Elevators did not take long to get there. Breakfast, while somewhat expensive, is very good and you get a good amount of food. Rooms are super quiet.
