「Spacious beautiful place! So much room and very comfortable to stay in. It was a group of 6 of us and we all got our own bed and two bathrooms. Host was kind and answered timely when inquired about anything. Also lots of space to park multiple cars. Deer and roosters around the area, that was cool! Only 45 minutes away from Duval street.」

「Positive: large house, dock area on the water, good Keys location, functional. Negative: garbage around the property, not nearly as clean inside as should have been, old stained couches, the most minimal extra consumables possible. For what we paid, it was quite disappointing. Total lack of cohesive look & feel. 」

「Unfortunately, we barely slept at night. The AC was old and very loud, so we eventually had to turn it off completely. Then the refrigerator started making noise, so we had to unplug it as well. On top of that, there was a constant machine sound from outside, probably from a neighboring AC or refrigerator that I could hear from our room. The pool restrooms were also not well maintained. The location, however, was great, we really loved it. The staff tried to be helpful, which we appreciated. 」
