The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third offers full size bunks with a twin trundle — perfect for kids or singles. There’s also a queen air mattress for extra guests. Every room has its own smart TV, fresh linens, and hotel-style comfort so no one feels like they drew the short straw.

We want your stay at Sunset Dreams 304 to be relaxing and worry-free. To help keep things comfortable for everyone:

• The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay.

• No pets and no smoking inside the condo.

• Our building is quiet and family-oriented, so please respect quiet hours after 10 PM.

• We provide regular pest control service to maintain a clean, comfortable environment.

• A refundable $250 deposit is collected before check-in and returned promptly after your stay.

⌦ REQUIREMENT: Our customary policy is no reservations will be made to anyone under the age of twenty-five (25). This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS! We require one parent for every four persons under the age of 25. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any funds paid. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit payment and/or rental money and the party will not be

permitted to check in.
