Lowest priced room available and it shows. Served the purpose but room was dirty. I didn’t read reviews until after booking. Seems to be a timeshare. Inadequate parking. Took over two hours for a spot to open up. Great location. But bring cleaning supplies

Check in was easy, then things just went downhill from there. We went to get food while our condo room was still being ready and after an hour and a half they lost our ticket. Multiple people had issues while dining there, the server, Teresa I think her name was, was very kind and helpful and still tipped her after we just canceled our food and ordered uber eats. Then once getting into the room there was no linens for our sofa bed, so we had to then walk over to the hotel side to get linens only to be told they didn't have any and were trying to get more from house keeping! Had to wait over 20 minutes for that. There was a huge fight at the pool where a guy punched a woman in the face and cops came all in front of our family. It was quite a scene. The mattress was very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well and then took 20 minutes for the hot water to get hot. Overall not really impressed for the amount we paid to be here. The view from the condo was actually nice for a sunrise. Other than that I would of stayed elsewhere.

The room was dated and dirty. The room lacked appropriate storage for 3 people, 2 small drawers and a closet, so we had to use the ironing board to access our luggage/clothes. The splash park is listed as an amenity on the website, which is very misleading. Each room is entitled to only one free daily pass and you have to pay a daily fee for each additional pass. For larger families, this additional cost can be considerable. This needs to be made clear on the website. We really loved the area, short walk to an incredible beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property offered a walk into the past. The area was not fully commercialized and it had a feel like when I went to the lake as a kid. The rooms were dated and somewhat clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that we were misled on the pool and water park. You have to read the fine print on the last page that the water park has a user fee per person. I would hope that they change that and remove the water park from the list of amenities and make it as an extra.

The whole booking process was fast and easy, very affordable. Parking was convienant, rooms were so Nice and clean, very big with lots of Space. Whole full kitchen and bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit.
