「Shower was broken and no hot water. The front desk said their mechanical staff will come in next morning but no one comes. Then again requested to repair but the front said he doesn’t know when mechanic come. Then asked to change the room but he could not as he needed his manager’s approval. He said Mathis manager will come noon but the manager didn’t come by 4pm. Finally I had to take a cold shower. It was night and 24 hours later from my check in to change the room. 」
