「This my second time staying there. Not a bad place at all. Has everything you mostly need around there and easy access to I275… Only thing I didn’t like is I don’t remember them asking for a security deposit when you arrived.」

「The property is in a great location. It’s small, but clean. The window air conditioning unit was quite loud and the paint is peeling off the ceiling in the shower due to no exhaust fan. Over all it was a very convenient place to stay with a full size kitchen if you want to cook.」

「Cozy Koenig was just the right size for two travelers. It was easy to find and the communication from the owner was easy and clear. The house was clean and easy to access. There is a lot to do in Cincinnati and this is centrally located to major sporting venues and events. Our destination was Jungle Jim’s International Market which was fantastic but be prepared to spend some time there. I would highly recommend this property and when returning to Cincinnati I would search for Cozy Koenig first!...

「It was the perfect location for our son's graduation from Xavier University. The family had plenty of space to hang out and relax. We had the benefit of good weather so the front porch, deck and hot tub were used each day we were there.」

「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
