"Room was clean. Parking was shady because of the storage containers, assuming it's from the ongoing construction. Breakfast on the morning of checkout was available and warm, family friends who checked in 2 days prior , said the breakfast the day before was cold and "nonexistent" due to kitchen staff emergency. Guest have to walk through area under renovation/ construction, which presents a safety issue. Unfortunately pool not available due to ongoing construction but no notifications seen online; on check- in we were informed , " it was on our site". It was not on Hilton Honors nor on Hotels.com. "

"Property was clean and staff was friendly. Room was dated, but clean, and the breakfast was decent. Only stayed for one night so it was ok. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The bathroom was just dated and needs a makeover but overall, the hotel itself was fine. It does face a fairly busy street but the noise at night was pretty minimal. I would suggest requesting a room away from the road if you are a light sleeper. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within 15 minutes."

"It’s a dump even for a $79 hotel. I should have known better. The staff was very friendly that was a positive, but the property overall is pretty bad."

"If you have trouble with climbing stairs you must tell them you need a room for disabilities. They only have 4 of these rooms. The room I got was on the “first floor”. You had 6-7 steps you must climb to get to it. They have no elevators. The room was not clean. The bathtub was dirty. When we went to get another room they only had 2nd and third floor rooms. I made the reservation the same night as the stay. I was only there for 5 minutes and they would not refund my money. They said that was in the agreement signed. They did refund my second night. Read the fine print and you must cancel 4 days ahead. My advice is just don’t stay there. "

"Check in and check out was trouble. I checked in late, and they had canceled my reservation and sold the room to someone else. The desk clerk said they had no rooms available. I asked if they expected me to go to another hotel. He came up with another room and made a one night reservation, although my original reservation was for 4 nights. The desk clerk charged my credit card what was apparently the rack rateThe manager helped straighten the mess out by morning. When I proceeded to check out on Sunday morning, the desk clerk was unable to print a receipt. Apparently, their computer system does not keep track of transactions. On the positive side, they have a fantastic breakfast."
