「The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. 「We loved our stay at Mainstay Suites!!! We were traveling with our 13 year old granddaughter and she LOVED the privacy of the kitchen and pull-out sofa bed being separate from our beds and bathroom. Everyone was super nice!!! The lady in the breakfast area, the guys at the desk and all the maids were extremely nice!!! There was one young black girl, must have been head of housekeeping, (I regret not getting her name.) she had such a welcoming spirit. Always smiling and giving an encouraging...

One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. However, we realized that we don’t need a refrigerator as we had an ice machine close to our room to keep the drinking water cold. I recommend 」
「Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. 」
