"We did not get to have breakfast. When we checked in, the front desk guy told us breakfast was served until 10a.m. We got there at 8:50a.m., and waited for someone to seat us. The hostess came back to the front and told us it ended at 9a.m. So we missed out on the breakfast that I was hoping to celebrate. (Another couple was there at the same time we were, expecting the same, but was turned away as well.)"

"Property is clean and well-maintained. Free parking in a safe lot. Staff was friendly and checkin/out was easy."

"The staff was very helpful when it came to us requesting an early check-in. However, the room we originally requested was not yet ready. They gave us another room that was ready but the room happen to be an interior room overlooking the atrium. The atrium was VERY echoey and the noise level was very loud well into the night. It made it very difficult to sleep. If I were to stay here again, I would make sure to get an exterior room."

"The lobby level coffee shop was okay. The coffee was good, but the danish was food service cheap, not impressed. McCormick and Schmicks Restaurant had a very good waiter but subpar food and drinks. A good deal of money wasted. The tuna was dry, filet was under cooked and my White Russian had coagulated Cream in it."

"If you’re lookin to stay in between Findlay market and the baseball stadium, this is a great option. It’s very close to the trolley/tram system and walking distance to the fountain square. The restaurant in the hotel had a decent breakfast buffet for $16."

"The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!"

"There was no bar inroom. No complementary bottles of water. The system was down then we arrived. The staff did supply free drinks from the bar and were very accommodating. The entire place is understaffed. One ply bathroom tissue. No USB plugs in the room for phone charging. Sparse amenities. Rooftop bar is nice but also understaffed. Valet understaffed. "
