"I would not recommend this property to anyone. When I turned the shower on in the morning the whole handle came off in my hand. It was completely stripped. Maintenance came to put a new handle on and it still would not work. The water continuously ran for over 35 minutes. I asked the front desk for another room to shower in before I left for work and was told nothing was available. I had to check out and go to work with unwashed hair and body. Terrible customer service The light switches as you walk in the door also did not work and our phones were dead from being out at a concert all evening. I had to hold the door open so the hall light could shine in u til my husband could find a light back by the bed that would work. "

"No hair dryer in room as advertised. Ice makers hard to find. Self parking advertised was hard to find for hotel. Ended up in valet for hotel marked. "
