「Very nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Reno. Conveniently located and very clean. The rooms were big and plenty of room to move around. The beds were very comfortable with nice blackout curtains for the morning light. Staff was very helpful for small items needed such as band aids and spoons. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice getaway from home that won’t have you missing your own bed very much.」

「Hot water does Not always come out for bath tub and shower. Only one time I got Hot water, while mostly only warm water in the morning and evening.」
