"This was the BEST place we’ve ever stayed, and we are so sad that it is booked for the next 2 years! If you can get a reservation here, you won’t be disappointed. The kitchen facilities are first rate with 2 ovens, coffeepot/Keurig, and every kitchen item you can think of. It was within walking distance of restaurants, miniature golf, and of course, the beach! We especially liked that there was a crosswalk directly outside the front door which made it so safe to go to the beach. The slide in the pool was awesome for the kids, as well as the ping pong table in the garage. There were sand toys galore, so no need to bring your own. All in all, a PERFECT vacation house!"

"Dave was very quick to respond to any queries, and always very helpful. Bungalow is super cute and in a great location, about a 32 second walk to the beach (depending on how long your legs are and how fast you walk)."

" The pictures don’t do this property justice. The bedrooms are huge, the sofa is leather (different/better than picture), there are 3 bathrooms, there is a private garage with all the beach amenities—boogie boards, skim boards, sea kayak, beach wagon). Really nice space for our family of 6!"

"My third stay here. Alway pleasant, the rooms have always been clean and beautifully decorated. Love the Salt Rock Grill next door. Also love being close to the ocean and the inlet. Centered between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach. Quiet, relaxing, perfect for us."

"Such a wonderful place to stay! Having an elevator was a huge help to not only my unsteady-on-his-feet brother, but for carrying luggage and groceries up to the kitchen. Local coffee shop is easily walkable and beach access is also close by. Host was attentive and quick to respond to us! Highly recommend!!"

"We had a great time! The property is just as described! We were not able to control the thermostat and it did get a little muggy but coming from Pennsylvania to Florida in December. The weather was great so we didn't really mind. The passcodes also need to be updated for a few doors. They were wrong on check in sheet but other guests helped with that so it worked out. The beach is right there and absolutely beautiful!! We had a great stay thank you so much!!"
