"We did not realize that dinner and breakfast was not included even though it said kaiseki meal in the description. One of the nearby restaurants was closed and the other would not seat foreigners. The staff did offer to call us a taxi to take us to a restaurant 10 minutes away, but we ended up eating snacks from the hotel store for dinner. Luckily we were able to add on breakfast the following morning. But our room was wonderful, staff was helpful, and the property was gorgeous."

"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"This hotel was located on a quiet street perfectly between Kanazawa train station and the main tourist attractions. Hotel quality of service was exceptional and staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious, with a different menu rotation everyday. "

"The women’s onsen was perfect! Water temp perfect, amenities in the bath were plentiful and very nice. I did see some of the ladies having trouble with the hairdryers, but mine worked fine. I enjoyed the sauna too. Not a steam sauna, but nice and hot."
