"Clean room, friendly staff, & near the pier as well as close to bill grahm auditorium. "

"A 16 story but small hotel, only about 10 rooms per floor. It is old but kept up. It is reasonably priced. The room was an adequate size with a large walk in closet. The beds and pillows are comfortable.The only public facility in the building appears to be a small bar, but they make up for it with numerous freebies: coffee, fruit, candy and excellent cookies. It is very close to Union Square, and a cable car line is right in front. There is also all kinds of public transportation nearby. So are many huge hotels, new and old. It is therefore crowded but there are also a lot of restaurants and stores right there. You could probably pay a lot more without getting anything better."

"We were only there for a short time to sleep before flying out but it was comfortable and personell were very accommodating. "

"Clean room but a little dated/could tell it was old. Staff was very friendly, was a very pretty space, not super accessible by public transit, but overall would stay again. "
