「Waiting an hour for check-in bc the staff mistakenly gave our room to the other. Gave me the key to the room that had other people in it. Key deactivated after a day look us outside 🙂」

「I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there.」

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

「I would give the hotel a 5 star however I left 1 shoe due to a 2 year old that loves to try on shoes. I called the next day as there should be a waiting time before they throw away certain items. They told me it was never found and that they do throw away items.」

「Room was clean, breakfast was good, room service staff was very nice. Didn't receive 5 starts because we asked for extra blankets and front desk Dorien didn't feel like we needed one blanket per person. She gave us an attitude when I called for an extra sheet set, told me she wasn't sending up any more linens and hung up on me. Other then that, stay was good.」

「30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice.」

「Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth.」

「The property was old and unkept. The board walk had broken/missing steps, landscaping had been unattended for a while ( weeds coming through concrete areas at pool and hot tub) hot tub was not clean, shower was tiny. Location to beach was nice even though our particular room had an obstructed view. Restaurant/ bar looked to stay busy, but we did not try it. There is a $15 a day parking fee. The elevator was not convenient for all guests. Bed was ok, TV worked, ac worked and close to beach...not...

「This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!」
