5/5 - Excellent
Charming area, lots of small restaurants and shops, but definitely a neighborhood of homes and families going about their da/night.

Great location, friendly staff.

The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via.

The rooms are okay, the price was too much for what the apartment is actually worth. The staff was welcoming, the beds were made, there was a lot of hot water. On the negative side, the fridge was super dirty, no soap to wash the dishes, the bedsheets had stains and the main room didn’t get enough ...

No AC in rooms is a bit ridiculous specially considering is summer and is extremely hot in Madrid! Room 336 had no ac!! Moved to 333 and guess what no AC either! I am uncomfortable, sweating and I can’t sleep. Worse part is I have to suck it up!!
Nothing special
