"During my stay I had to deal with a leak in the toilet for about three days. Because of this, I was unable to fully use the room, and the overall cleanliness was not what I expected. The pool also appeared very unclean. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be staying at the Hilton again. Thank you"

"Check in staff was great, particularly because I was checking in at 1 AM. Room was clean with nice amenities. New television and refrigerator. The body wash and shampoo were in a container on the wall but seemed to be decent quality. Nice little balcony. Property was convenient to the freeway and only 15 minutes from SFO."
