"This place is an architectural work of fine art! The top floor feels like an open sunny treehouse on the beach. The exterior walls and windows are placed to capture the beauty of the surrounding area without peering into your neighbor's space (with one exception; there are 2 houses on this property and some windows make you feel like it's actually only one house, but there are shades to prevent that). It took us awhile to figure out how the lights, electric shades and push-open fridge worked, but we eventually got there. The location was PERFECT! I mean besides proximity to Pilar Point, what can be better that walking to a brewery and distillery in about one minute. What an exquisite home! Well worth the price. Next time we'll rent both houses and bring the whole family."
