"I the liked area and cleanliness at property and room. One bed room was very nice and big. (Liked the granite countertops.)Bathroom super clean. Comfortable beds. Soft pillows (I prefer firm) CON: Asked for not scents or any smells due to allergies, still the carpet has a very strong scent of cleaner. I Barely sleep due the scent and allergies. Aside for that and if you’re not scents sensitive, I recommend this cute hotel and would stay again . (If not carpet strong chemical cleaners) Basic good breakfast with choices, different yogurt flavors. Basic coffee, good waffles. Teas. No bread only bagels. Cereal and juices."

"Our group of four had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Just steps from the beach, the location was perfect for biking, hiking, and simply relaxing. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop deck with the fire pit, where we enjoyed incredible ocean views at sunset.Stephanie has truly thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The house was so well-equipped, and her instructions for finding the property and checking out were clear and organized. We even loved the special ice maker that made fancy ice cubes! Such a fun, unexpected touch that made us feel like we were staying at a luxury resort!We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. We highly recommend this home and would absolutely love to return!"

Seaside Escape: 1 block to Beach, Private Hot Tub, Fire Pit & BBQ

"The place was nice (but not the 3918 square foot size specified in the listing!). It was very clean but there was a smell that we attributed to the deodorizer cartridges placed in the house. Hot tub was clean and hot and we made good use of it each day. The ocean was only a block away and we very much enjoyed the restaurant at the end of the street. Good food, good drink, good service at a reasonable price. Kitchen was adequate for the two of us but if we were going to be cooking more than just eggs for breakfast, would have been inadequate. Cooking surface is a two-burner, integrated hot plate. There is no dishwasher and the sink is small. Bathroom is clean and plenty of towels were provided. Light switches are confusing. We never could figure out how to turn on the kitchen recessed ceiling lights. We couldn't find a switch for them and guess that they might have been switched with the other ceiling lights in the adjoining living room but were possibly burnt out bulbs. (Kitchen did have a floor lamp that was dim (needs a new three-way bulb). Fire pit was not useable as it was filled to over-flowing with ash. There was no place to remove such ash and no firewood to burn. Not a big deal but since "Fire Pit" is in the title, should have been available for use. Communication with the owners was easy and pleasant. All-in-all, a nice place to stay but not perfect."

"This was a great spot for a relaxing weekend by the beach. Perfect location walking distance to food and a nice was to Princeton Landing. The apartment was larger than pictures made it seem and the decor was fun. Will definitely keep in mind to stay next time we want a weekend by the beach. Only slight downside are the very thin walls between neighbors. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be for very light sleepers."
