"We slept in our clothes. The hotel is in very bad shape. The shape. The bathroom pocket door did not close. Only hot water came out of the faust. The curtains were ripped. The door to the outdoors was dirty. The front desk would not call us a taxis to "

"The continental breakfast spread was wonderful (they get everything from a local fancy bakery) and also had gluten free options. Just note it is not available until 7:30 am. The ocean view rooms were beautiful and my daughter slept on the pull of couch and was very comfortable. The real wood fireplace was a nice touch and they delivered a wood kindling bag to light every day. The terrace was beautiful with an almost 180 view of the ocean. Wild life was fun to watch, we saw blue Herron, seals, sea lions, lions, bunnies ect. We walked and got chowder next door which was a nice busy seafood place. There are a pair of black birds that dive bomb you when you enter the hotel. We think there was a nest near by, so be careful! Overall a great experience and only 35 min from SFO."
