「NIGHTMARE. Host was grumpy since Day 1. After the Host waited to inform me the unit was ready just 5 minutes before check-in time, I drove to the unit and upon arrival, the place looked like a DUMP. Garage door was wide open and COMPLETELY FULL of junk as well as the yard, I thought I was in a homeless area. Rental unit looked VERY OLD and run down and once inside, you could hear people walking and talking above you. Unit was DIRTY inside and LOUD. Wi-Fi service was PATHETIC at 15mbps. ...

「The host was very rude, hostile and resisted communicating. The message center was nit working. It took 4 hours of being in the phone with Expedia & VRBO, to get a phone number. Discription said I would have the whole house, 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed. Host said i only had a King bed & became belligerent when I asked how much it would be to have all tge beds, in case family or friends joined me during the Thanksgiving week.」

「This lil cottage is perfectly located for walking distance to Main St HMB. Super dog friendly. We had no problem finding a restaurant that welcomed our dog. The upgrades inside, the bed comfort and wonderful linens were a pleasant surprise. Jacuzzi clean and ready for relaxation. Host always provided a quick response. My husband and I both enjoyed the comfort and all the streaming apps for late night viewing after a day of walking, shopping and enjoying the friendly folks who live here. 」

「The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is VERY convenient to downtown Half Moon Bay - right in the middle of some stores. Great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It was very quiet while we were there but I don't know about weekend noise. There is no staff on the premises but they did response to our phone calls to resolve a few minor problems. We paid for parking which was nice for coming and going. 」

"アーリーチェックインで75ドル、荷物を部屋に運ぶのにも課金、駐車料金も周囲の駐車場よりも高い値段。部屋自体は安いが、LCC のようにLow Cost Hotelとして課金がすごい。これなら部屋代を抑えなければよかった。もう泊まることはないだろう。"

"値段、安全性、ロケーション、スタッフのサービス、施設設備の全てに満足できるホテルでした。ホテルがあるエリアは主要な駅から程近く、公共交通機関を利用する際にも便利な位置にあります。夜になるとホームレスがうようよ歩き回るエリアなので21時以降は外に出ない、uberを利用することをおすすめします。ですがホテルのエントランスは24時間セキュリティスタッフ在中し、ホームレスが入ってこないように常に施錠されています。建物内にいる時に不安を感じる要素はありません。ホテルの外の環境は悪いですが、サンフランシスコの中心地でもあるので高級ブランドやデパート、飲食店、スーパーなども充実しています。空港から一本で来れることや宿泊中の移動のしやすさから考えても、ロケーションはとてもいいと思います。私はシティールームという部屋に宿泊しました。トイレとシャワーが壁で限られることなく、ワンルームに全て詰まっているつくりです。螺旋状の階段を登ったロフトにベッドがあります。階段の踊り場に大きな鏡とマットレスがあり、くつろぐスペースもベッド以外にありました。清潔感のある内装で、照明も明るいです。強いていうなら、私の部屋には陽の光が入る窓がありませんでした。サンフランシスコの建物の特性上仕方ないのかなと思います。"
