「they did not send me check in instructions and blamed the booking on using expedia. They did not handle maintenance issues. Clearly they were trying to save money and didn't fix the lock to a an exterior patio door. we were on the first floor and in 5 days they didn't fix it. Microwave was unable to lower power so all food was burning hot. body wash not refilled. It's clear that they did not inspect the unit before the new renter came. Disappointing.」
