"The coffee service inside my junior suite was laughable. That’s not a cup of coffee. The espresso machine is fine as a 2nd option, but having a large mug of coffee is what most travelers want. I had to call for multiple refill pods, and even then they brought me the decaf pods."

"Pretty decent place. I think that perhaps the bed mix up may have been on Expedia? We ordered a king bed room but got two queen beds? The lady at the desk was incredibly unhelpful with this. Said that it was because it was booked thru a third party app she couldn’t help us. Okay. BUTTTTT. Later I asked for a first aid kit I just needed one bandaid, she said they didn’t have one (which is illegal) … she didn’t give an eff about helping me. I went and got my own. Then the next morning I asked, if they have a first aid kit, they do and the lady got my a bandaid. I tried to explain to her that the person the night before wasn’t helpful and she seemed like she didn’t care. Soooooo idk "

"Clean, comfortable room with nice view of the Bay. Walking path right outside, short walk to the local Benihana. Typical (in a good way) included breakfast."

"If you don't mind rooms that are dated, this is a comfortable place to stay. Location is great too. "

"Room was very clean. Property well maintained. Continental breakfast was a plus, basic foods as expected. Be careful as the shuttle from the airport only runs during certain times. The public transit is very close and can drop off and pick up in front on the hotel to take you to the airport and even directly downtown San Fransisco for less than $4!"

"The room was spacious, modern, clean and quite with firm and comfortable beds. The bathroom is ok with wallpaper peeling at some locations. Airport shuttle was excellent and on-time and it runs every 15 minutes. Aloft San Francisco Airport does not serve breakfast. There is a snack bar and a bar on-site."
