「The property was very well located. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Check-in was virtual, easy and convenient. The property manager checked with us shortly after arriving to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommend. 」
「This hotel is ideal for solo travelers. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, it is a bit unfortunate that you can hear noise from neighboring rooms. Additionally, it's slightly inconvenient that you need assistance from hotel staff to open the entrance door, as the door is locked for security reasons.」
「Great quiet area! Couple streets up is Union St that is all restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and clothing shops all available. Parking was great because we have a pickup and had no issues. Front desk was very welcoming coming in and pleasant while checking out! Will be back for sure, my husband has monthly visits to the UCSF.. 」
