"I stayed here for about five nights. My room was big and spacious and clean. It does seem a little old but it was right off Lombard Street near a lot of places to eat. This place is definitely good for a quick stay."

"Historic property in Pacific Heights. Great location for us and included breakfast. Our suite was spacious and we enjoyed the tall ceilings, and high king size bed. We enjoy staying in historic properties and enjoy the journey into an earlier time. The only challenge is parking, and you have several options nearby."

"The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched."

So welcoming and friendly, knew where everything was, knew who to ask for what at any time of the day, was accommodating even when I arrived at the hotel late just trying to find something to eat. 10s across the board; he’s the reason I’m returning for my next work trip. "Very convenient location but don't expect much. The coffee machine in the lobby is great but my room had many issues - the iron was broken, closeup mirror in the bath room was broken, under the bathroom sink cabinet was scary dirty! And you get a desk with a TV on it and no lamp so don't expect to get much work done in your room. The bed was comfortable, sheets and linens were clean, overnight lobby security was a nice touch and the location is very convenient. Check in was inordinately long and I had to actually wake up the girl at the desk to checkout (yep - she was asleep at the desk). I would consider this an adequate place to stay just lower your expectations. "
