"The room was spotless, the design and finishes were fantastic, and it was a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Castro in San Francisco. The staff were super helpful and got back to me quickly. Expedia had a $34 food credit on my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t use it, so the staff mentioned they’re looking into a refund."
"The Customer Service I received from Vagish, Itai, Alexis, and all other staff was phenomenal!! The room and hotel was immaculate and very clean. I will definitely be returning! Five Star Service !! "
"Overall The Grove was a great stay. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean/comfortable & their check in/check out is simple. I appreciate that they offer luggage drop off & they also had our room ready a hour sooner than check in. Street parking is difficult to find but I was able to get a spot after doing some loops. I would stay here for my next visit."
