「Property was clean and functional. Excellent lighting, solid internet, nice TV, good water pressure and water temperature, comfortable beds. Thank you!」

「It was spartan, but clean. There was a beautiful view but no furniture at all on the deck to sit and enjoy the view. The code to get in did not work, and the owner took a couple of hours to get back to me about how and when we would be able to get in. No kitchen sink, and bath towels were very thin and tiny.」

「The property is very conveniently located to local restaurants, shops, airport and highs going north and south the property itself was not very appealing, a hotel room has more color and amenities. Communication with thee property manager was excellent.」

「The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...

「Nicht 100% sauber. Es lagen ein paar Haare in der Wohnung. Der Blick ist bestimmt super, wenn es mal nicht neblig ist in SF 😁 Die Unterkunft liegt logischerweise ganz oben am Berg, was weite Wege bedeutet, egal wo man hingehen möchte. Unterm Strich alles ok.」

「Communications with owner was online and good. The floor plan with living/dining/kitchen area, laundry room and two bedrooms is great for small family of 3-4. The bathroom is updated and shower very nice with good pressure. The bedding is good. Wi-Fi, small TV OK. Otherwise the place has potential for an upgrade, but as-is very outdated. No air so a fan would be good, antiquated wall heater. No coffee maker. 」

「The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached...
