The staff was extremely kind and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel was in poor condition. 2 of the main issues I had was the TV didn’t work and there was no hot water in the morning (I had a 6 month baby to bathe.) Also, our tub in the room didn’t drain. There was a huge hole in the wall of the closet and hand prints all around the room. It just felt like one problem after another and all I was accommodated was a small discount. I would definitely recommend staying at another hotel, one that has breakfast.

I was really disappointed with my weekend stay at this property. The hotel feels very outdated, and unfortunately it didn’t deliver on any of the experiences I was hoping for—especially considering the high weekend rate (close to $300 per night). I was looking forward to enjoying a partial ocean view, relaxing in the indoor pool when it got chilly outside, and unwinding in the jacuzzi. However, none of these met expectations. The jacuzzi in particular was not functioning, and although staff seemed aware of the issue, they kept suggesting I “fill it up and submerge the jets,” which didn’t make sense—the unit didn’t appear to even be connected to power. There were also several basic maintenance and safety concerns in the room, including a missing hair dryer, a deadbolt that wouldn’t lock, and missing window lock latches. When I raised the jacuzzi issue, I was told a manager would follow up, but I never heard back, which was frustrating and disappointing. Given the price point, I cannot recommend staying here. There are far better options available at this rate. I would only consider returning if the nightly rate were significantly lower like $50.

This is our 2nd time staying here. First time was for a 4th of July last min trip. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the main road and gorgeous view of the ocean. This time we had a partial view. The location is perfect! Close to Starbucks, grocery, Ross, lots of places to eat and right across from the beach. But it’s dated, beds are not comfy at all, the room was not clean properly.

Everything was perfect and the staff was super friendly. Great views, convenient to grocery stores, the beach, and different food spots. The coffee machine at the lobby was magnificent!

First off, the view will alway make this property stand out above all other hotels around the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom was beautiful. My only complaint about the room was the floor. It felt dirty even after I cleaned the floor with one of the towels. Other than that I would highly recommend if you are looking for nice beach escape with a view.

I received the wrong room upon check in. No explanations and no options. It was like oh well your room is gone. I can't rate the hot tub since the room I received did not have one as originally booked well in advance.

I will admit, I booked the hotel without really reading reviews. I didn't look till a night or two before our arrival, but when I did, I got a little nervous. We arrived and we were impressed with the location and thought the property itself was beautiful. If you're looking for a luxury property, I'd venture to say you're better off in the city, but if you want a comfortable, safe, and accessible property to the beach with restaurants, a market, etc within a reasonable distance, this hotel is amazing. Our room was clean, had an awesome view, was easily accessible with parking. Only one night did we get back a little later and had to park a little farther away, but I genuinely don't understand some of the negative reviews. We were here for 4 days. My only complaint was the walls being a little thin, but generally our neighbors were quiet. My experience with the staff was great. Front desk was helpful, polite and was there when I needed something printed, no questions asked. The pool though smaller, is indoors and heated. My son has special needs, and when we travel as a family, there's things about some hotels that make the experience just better than others...and he really loved coming here and was comfortable.. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and giving my little family a fantastic Spring Break. We loved it, and we'll be back soon for sure!!

The water didn’t work in the hot tub. We were unable to use it. The Wi-Fi continuously kicked us off and there’s zero cell service. The room was falling apart in the shower was so small. It looked like it was out of a motorhome. I tried continuously calling the front office and no one ever picked up. I’ve been told that a manager will call me back and they just continuously. Tell me that they’re not in they’re not in I stay there was terrible.

Pacifica is beautiful. The Hotel is a good score at the right price. Amenities are slim to none, but there are great places to go and great places to eat. Rooms are big, and there’s a jacuzzi in the bedroom. Views are absolutely stunning.

Staff and cleanliness of property were exceptional, however, the room needs some “TLC.” The curtains were broken and would not close completely letting in the very bright hallway lights all night. Not to mention lack of privacy. The walls were painted, but missing several spots. The air conditioning unit was dated and very loud. There was a nail polish stain on the sheets, and the fan above the tub was loud and took away the calmness of the soothing tub experience. Overall would definitely stay here again, only we’d request an updated/remodeled room based on the advice of the front desk attendant.
