「We loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was ‘spa’ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries.
The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggage’s. 」
「Very cute hotel in a nice area of SF. Very walkable. Our room was tiny (we knew that ahead of time), but had all the necessary amenities and was perfect for a short stay. 」
「I was a little worried because the price was so low, but it was a very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. The breakfast was simple, consisting of bread, fruit, and yogurt, but the quantity and taste were satisfactory as it was a buffet.」
"Overall experience with this hotel was good. The first impression of the room was a bit different from the reservation page and image I had in mind from it… but I guess in a city like San Francisco, you can not expect too much. The lobby and entrance way was luxurious and well decorated. The room (the bathroom especially) seemed dated and some parts were old and crusty. The house keeping did a nice job cleaning well so the stay was pleasant. The front staff was kind and helpful. Visited in March.2025 and there were many homeless people living in the streets around the hotel area, sometimes making it scary to walk. Hope the city takes care of this problem soon…"
