「The staff were friendly and happy to help. All the wait staff we interacted with were great! Loved that we could go to the other resorts. Really enjoyed Ventus! Ventus ‘Ha is across the way and a quieter option. The food everywhere we visited was delicious! So many great options! Bring money to tip, it’s appreciated and honestly the right thing to do. Trust me they’ll remember you and take great care of you! Just an FYI…If you have multiple devices make sure you decide which ones you will select...

「Staff was 10/10. Food 10/10. Maneger on Duty was incredible. He was always helpful in all ways possible. The Pool Bar employees 10/10. 」

「When I checked in , the stuff explained that there was any incident like breakage of boiler and water flooding in the rooms , so another hotel was assigned for me that was Tukan Hotel. And in Tukan hotel there are many mosquitos , and toilet was broken. Toilet could be repaired on 2nd days although mosquitos problem could not be fixed. However totally it was good treatment considering the price. 」
