「The hotel had great service. The staff was very nice and responded to my requests accurately and quickly. I went to Madrid for a conference and the hotel was very close to the venue. Mercadona was right next to the hotel, so overall, it was very convenient for me. I would stay there whenever I go back to Madrid.

Me ofrece excelente que no permitan fumar dentro de la propiedad , pero cuando llegamos la habitación apestaba a humo de cigarro tu ve que encender el aire y después abrir las puertas porque era demasiado el olor y la cama y las almohadas olían demasiado a humo de tabaco 」
「It was very nice but we never had any hot water so cold showers a lot. Also we asked to get out sheets cleaned or new towels and it never happened which was very frustrating. Although the apartment is very clean and has all the things you need!」

Metro station was just nearby, convenient.
Used car parking in the building, which cost 33 euros per day. The entrance of parking is not easy to find for the first time. But good level of security.
