「We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday. The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations for the room was that the walls could use some painting, there were some scuff marks. The room could also use more hooks, shelves, racks, and areas to hang and store...

「This hotel is a true gem. There is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves high quality and delicious food. It is safe, tranquil, and exceptionally clean. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and my stay was amazing.」

「Food and staff were amazing. Only issue we had was with our water heater and maintenance guy not being helpful, they use gas water heaters and the duct for gasses was just a regular dryer duct that was deteriorating and had holes in it letting gasses into the room. I tried to have them fix it a couple of times explaining the dangers with no help. I just turned off the heater during the stay. If we hadn't this experience I would rate the hotel 20/10 but them not being helpful with this...

「We were blown away by the view. Everyone we interacted with, from the owner (talking through the doorbell camera outside the gate), to the owner's friends who came by, to the staff who made the breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed here for one night just to be closer to the airport since we were coming from Nosara. It was worth the slight detour rather than staying at the airport hotel.
