ランチョ アルマディヨ ホテル

「We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday. The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations for the room was that the walls could use some painting, there were some scuff marks. The room could also use more hooks, shelves, racks, and areas to hang and store...

「This hotel is a true gem. There is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves high quality and delicious food. It is safe, tranquil, and exceptionally clean. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and my stay was amazing.」

「The pool and grounds of the property were gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Nice breakfasts made to order. The economy rooms are a bit basic, we decided to pay a bit more to upgrade to a superior room which was excellent.」

「El lugar el precioso, sin duda volveremos!」

「Excelente ubicación, habitaciones limpias y con todo lo necesario」

「Muy cerca de la playa.」

「Don’t stay here pictures are not what it is. Rooms was filthy, still had stickers on the wall from the previous person who was in the room, tub was dirty with a dirt ring blue stain on the bed sheets. This place almost ruined our vacation; thanks to villas sol way better place rooms was clean and better view and cheaper. Whatever you do don’t stay here. And we have pictures and videos to prove this place sucks」

「Overall, the staff could use a customer service refresher; we felt that only one or two people were attentive. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. The surrounding areas are poorly maintained; they need to take urgent action and close for major maintenance. The only thing that lives up to the price is the food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); the drinks and cocktails are of...

「Endroit calme, bien situé. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Chambre et patio ou balcon à côté de la piscine. On peu se rendre à la plage à pied facilement.」

「Peaceful」

「Food and staff were amazing. Only issue we had was with our water heater and maintenance guy not being helpful, they use gas water heaters and the duct for gasses was just a regular dryer duct that was deteriorating and had holes in it letting gasses into the room. I tried to have them fix it a couple of times explaining the dangers with no help. I just turned off the heater during the stay. If we hadn't this experience I would rate the hotel 20/10 but them not being helpful with this...

「We were blown away by the view. Everyone we interacted with, from the owner (talking through the doorbell camera outside the gate), to the owner's friends who came by, to the staff who made the breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed here for one night just to be closer to the airport since we were coming from Nosara. It was worth the slight detour rather than staying at the airport hotel. Amazing last night and morning, sitting on the balcony watching the birds, the boats, and...

「The place is pretty cool! A unique stay. Definitely not a great place if you are planning on working since their WiFi is not the best. They do have a small coworking space but the lighting is kinda bad and bad WiFi as well. Aside from that, everything was great! The plunge pool was nice, the rooms nice and clean, and breakfast was small but good.」

「The location is incredible, staff were helpful and friendly! For the price and being directly on the beach it was perfect.」
