「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「スタッフの方はフレンドリーでホテルも清潔感あって良かったです。ただ！夜の11時を過ぎると入り口のゲートに番号を入れて自分で開けます。その番号が一度では開かず、何度もトライすることに…結局開かず、そこにいた宿泊者が開けてかれました。」

「Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk.」

「今回は、ドイツからスイス経由でイタリアのベネチアに車で移動したときの通貨場所としてスイスは高いのでイタリアに入ったところで宿泊先を探しました。特に可もなく不可もないホテルでした。」

「街の中心部からバスで10分ほどかかり、バス停からもさらに徒歩15分ほどかかるので少しアクセスは悪いが、静かなところにあり、とても綺麗で良い宿泊施設です。」

「Amazing team, the restaurants were exceptional as well as the breakfast with so many options and the rooms and attention was the best we ever had. They clean our room every two hours amazing service. Every activity you want to do on the lake they organized for you and they are very professional and communicative. The staff js friendly and make your stay memorable. The rooms are big and comfortable and brand new. We stayed for our honeymoon and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Villa Lario for...
