"The staff was extremely helpful in everything that I needed. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. I was staying there since the hospital was next door and they called each time that I needed a courtesy ride. Best part is they are dog friendly."

Today called the front desk for a towel as Laudry did not answer twice a lady said yes will send up more than an hour waited called back three time to the front lobby no answer message playing then my daughter called from cell phone no answer. I sent my son down to pick the towel. This is poor service Thanks "
