Guest Harassment

Love this property and I've stayed here multiple times per year since 2018. I had an unfortunate experience this last trip, with the front desk guy, who basically harassed me by text message after I departed, because I didn't tip him for holding my cell phone at the front desk when I left it in the room after check out. He was new(er) to the team and I don't know what staffing changes they have had there...but that left a very sour taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will ever return to Green Oasis. It takes a lifetime to build trust and loyalty and seconds to lose it....Very unfortunate incident and perhaps Green Oasis Management should look at the type of people they are hiring to staff the front line guest experience. You don't get tipped for doing what's right....and you don't keep loyal customers by harassing them after they check out.

Mycket prisvärt, enkelt och ok.

Enkelt men rent lägenhetshotell men utan eget kök, kylskåp etc. Det finns kök och kylskåp nere i allrumnet/receptionen men det var knappt någon Information om detta alls. Personalen är otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam vilket är ett stort plus. Rummen är i bra skicka men kan inte kallas moderna. Saknar som sagt kyl, tv, strykjärn/bräda mm. På minussidan finns ett mycket klent tryck i dusch och kran. Något är lite galet med vattenrören då dessa skorrar, tjuter och låter av och till dygnet runt. Även luftkonditioneringen är relativt högljudd så om man är van vid en tyst sovmiljö rekommenderas öronproppar. Frukosten är mycket sparsam, 2 rostade brödskivor, 1 glas juice och kaffe. Wifi finns men fungerar inte särskilt bra med avbrott och tappad uppkoppling av och till. Överlag ett bra och billigt hotell om man inte har något emot att promenera minst 15 minuter till stranden, "centrum" med mera. Priset är svårslaget men är det bekvämlighet, närhet och modern standard man är ute efter bör man titta på annat.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour nous. Le principe de la villa partagée avec accès au frigo, à la cuisine, est vraiment très pratique. La piscine toujours propre. Et surtout c'est vraiment très calme au centre de Playa des Carmen, contrairement à tous nos amis qui avaient des hôtels très bruyants dans Playa... Vraiment pas cher pour ce que c'est.

El hotel no me recibió, cuando llegue a las instalaciones me comentaron que las dos habítaciones que había adquirido ya estaban ocupadas, por lo que las ofrecieron cuando yo ya tenía la reserva, el supervisor jamás dio la cara, cabe mencionar que me comuniqué a los números de Expedia y ellos intentaron comunicarse con el dueño del hotel y jamás respondió, por lo que Expedia fue quien me colocó en un hotel nuevo. Y me encuentro infinitamente agradecida con el asesor Ernesto, ya que él fue quien me brindó el servicio.

Un excelente lugar para descansar, esta ubicado dentro de de fraccionamiento con mucha tranquilidad y vigilancia. Además todo está super cerca, la quinta avenida a 5 minutos, Xcaret a 20min etc. Sólo la regadera del baño sale muy poca agua, lo demás muy bien.

Nice hotel and friendly staff... nive location inside Playacar. Just the breakfast and the forniture (dresser) could be a little bit better. Some fruits, ham and cheese. Have no TV ans no refrigerator in the rooms, but have a nice comunity kitchen there.

This wasn't our first stay. Needless to say, it was a choice that we have chosen to repeat. That is an endorsement in its own right. The location is great- a quiet "oasis" in Playa del Carmen. Within walking distance of 5th Ave, and all the nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.

Pequeño, limpio, económico y trato amable.
