Guest Harassment
Love this property and I've stayed here multiple times per year since 2018. I had an unfortunate experience this last trip, with the front desk guy, who basically harassed me by text message after I departed, because I didn't tip him for holding my cell phone at the front desk when I left it in the room after check out. He was new(er) to the team and I don't know what staffing changes they have had there...but that left a very sour taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will ever return to Green Oasis. It takes a lifetime to build trust and loyalty and seconds to lose it....Very unfortunate incident and perhaps Green Oasis Management should look at the type of people they are hiring to staff the front line guest experience.
You don't get tipped for doing what's right....and you don't keep loyal customers by harassing them after they check out.
