「Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased.」

「Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Father’s Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The house features a large pool with a relaxing jacuzzi and a spacious lanai — perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather. One of our favorite parts was the waterfront view right in the backyard, where my dad was able to catch some fish. It made for the perfect, peaceful scenery. 「This is the second time in a year that we have rented this home. It is so well kept, clean and supplies wirh all you need for a trip to the beach. The host is very attentive to any issues that might pop up, dealing with them that day. I would highly recommend this home and host.」

「We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.」

「We were attending a 60th family reunion. Many were staying down the beach near stump pass. We decided to check out off site bookings Everything was perfect. The gentleman even showed upbto jump one of our cars when we were checking out!」
