"The property was a wonderful unit kept in amazing shape and exactly as written in the description. The owner and property manager were extremely easy to work with, very flexible, and always quickly answered any questions we had about the unit and the area. The property we believe is in a perfect location having a short walk to the ocean, and a very short stroll or 1 minute drive to the shops and restaurants in Cuyacos. For a couple or a family of four like us, it was the perfect location to have a relaxing summer stay in the Central Coast. Last, I have to say the views of the Ocean from both levels of the unit are spectacular. We stayed at the property the last week of July 2026. The property has Wifi that worked just great and the kitchen had all of the amenities we needed. The unit came stocked with beach chairs and towels which was great. Thank you so much for having us."

"Great location and loved the view but expected more from a larger vacation rental near the beach. The kitchen was under stocked for plates and silverware and the pots and pans were impossible to use. There were several high end small appliances and the money invested there would be better spent on usable pots and pans. We’ve rented numerous houses in the area and were surprised there was zero beach equipment/toys available for renters use. We are always very careful to keep sand outside but there wasn’t easy access to a hose to rinse off feet. Luckily we packed our own beach towels because there weren’t any at the house. They also have a BBQ but don’t provide charcoal. Who brings charcoal on vacation?? Why even list you provide a BBQ??"
