「Overall, the hotel is in fairly poor shape. All of the furniture was banged up, shower head was broken, carpet was bulging or coming loose. The room also had a terrible smoke/mildew smell that we had to air out when arriving. They are in desperate need of a remodel. However, for the price, it was an inexpensive place to sleep for a single night on a business trip. The room, other than the smell, appeared clean. 」

「The cottage was nice for my family and I. The property is in a good location just across the street from the ocean and walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and a store. They have lots of stuff to do with the kids, like bike rentals, free games, swimming pool, play grounds and fire pits. The only thing I would recommend is the water pressure and temp control of the shower in the cottages. The ones in the outside bathrooms have better water pressure and doesnt go from ice cold and...

「The new owners are in the process of updating the property. We really like room 304, it has a separate bedroom, with the comfyest mattress that is awesome. It has a small kitchen area with a two burner stove and small refrigerator with a tiny sink! The balcony is awesome and has thee best views. Could not get the TV to work, one staff stopped on his way home and he couldn’t get it to work either! It really does need updated, huge stain in living room area, caulking on jetted tub looks...
