Very old and outdated and very dirty. The tub was so dirty I actually wore my flip flops. Had to go get towels and then had to ask for a bag for the ice bucket that was also filthy. Extremely over priced and would not recommend.

The new owners are in the process of updating the property. We really like room 304, it has a separate bedroom, with the comfyest mattress that is awesome. It has a small kitchen area with a two burner stove and small refrigerator with a tiny sink! The balcony is awesome and has thee best views. Could not get the TV to work, one staff stopped on his way home and he couldn’t get it to work either! It really does need updated, huge stain in living room area, caulking on jetted tub looks like a two year old did it and I had to clean the hairdryer before I would even touch it, and please for the love of God clean the dang blinds, they are wood slated blinds and are caked with dust but at least this time there wasn’t a pancake in the microwave when we opened it to use it like last time we stayed there !!! I don’t think we will stay here again 😒.

Arrived at 4:30 and was told the room was not ready. Offered another "just the same" room. I agreed. It was not the same. Booked a single BR with a king bed and fireplace. What I got was a single BR with 2 queen beds and no fireplace. After a four hour drive and hauling our suitcases and bags to the room, (we are in our 70's) we decided to stay. After check in I found hole in the bathroom door, a half done ceiling patch and picture windows you could barely see through due to paint over spray on the outside. In the kitchenette, we got 1 fork, 1 spoon, 2 butter knives and two 10 inch butcher knives. There were 2 wine glasses but only 1 juice glass and 1 plastic cup. Went to the office for silverware and was given 2 plastic forks. Coffee was good (pods) but that was about it. Overall the property was just poorly maintained. I realize it is an older property but some things are preventable.

Horrible place to stay. First they tell us late check in due to needing to clean rooms. Staff all walk around property doing nothing and all have cigs in their mouths. Finally got to room and it was filthy! Dishes were dirty, my daughter got bed bug bites, broken door and window. Dusty fans and dust everywhere. Staff were beyond rude. I tried to talk to them about it and all they said was “ok” and wouldn’t even make eye contact. At one point, the toilet clogged and they made me come to the desk to get my own plunger to fix the toilet. Wouldn’t even bring the plunger to the room. Towels had giant rips and holes in them. Will try to attach pictures. Pool was completely flooded over pool deck and was ice cold. Not to mention it was filthy dirty. Beyond rude staff and dirty place with bed bugs. Will NEVER go back. So sad I wasted my hard earned money on a shiy hole like this.

Only two things were Even remotely acceptable. The amazing and the staff. Brandy was understanding magnificent and informative. This place needs a lot more help in the housekeeping and in the maintenance and it would be magnificent. The rooms are so outdated and trashed.

Their cleaning staff quit in the middle of their shift so they had someone else clean. We were missing trash bags, towels, found sunflower seeds by the bed, hair in the shower, old used soap bar, the jet tubs jet didn’t work, which was the main reason we rented this one, and the door took 10 tries to get unlocked because the door wasn’t aligned well from what I could guess was a door kicked down. The view was beautiful but the yard was full of cigarette butts.

The kitchen was nice, but not as stocked as before. The windows, only one opened and my husband had to close it the mechanism that broke. Mentioned all of this to the lady at the desk he was nice and appreciated that I told her. We have another trip planned in August for the same room. You do need to bring your own kitchen towels they don't have any 🙂

This place is so out dated. It had some wired writing on the bathroom mirror that said I’m watching you, but you could only see it when it steamed up from your shower. The floor was dirty. The microwave was dirty. The bathtub had rust around the drain hole. It looked like there was mold in the tile, I always disinfect when I go into a room. My disinfectant wipes were black light fixtures were dirty. Handles were dirty just a dirty place when I ever went there again no do I recommend renting there? No, definitely not worth the money I paid for the room. The refrigerator is small so if you plan on bringing food to cook, make sure you bring an ice chest. light fixtures were dirty. Save your money and book somewhere else. Learn from our mistake; we booked thinking this place looked nice based on the photos without reading other reviews. Firstly, the front desk staff seemed to be distracted while trying to check me in, I understand they’re doing their job but I seemed to be their last priority. Half the place seemed to be under construction and there was a worker working on the property just outside our “oceanfront view” room as we arrived (yes, the view is beautiful if you can get passed the construction but don’t let that fool you). The room didn’t match the photos at all and we noticed a red spot (blood?) on one of the pillows. The tub looked like it needed to be replaced and it took forever for the water to warm up. Let’s not forget to mention that the room’s door handle popped off not just once, but twice when we’d exit the room (see attached photo). At one point, someone attempted to open our door while we were inside and lastly, the lock for the bathroom window was broken which was when we decided we did not feel safe staying there. We were only there for about 3 hour after checking in, before we decided to book another hotel down the road.

Don’t stay here! It’s dirty, they don’t care about customers and they do not refund. 1) After checking in we walked to our room but the door was open and not ready. We had to wait until the maid was done mopping. However, the floors were not wet after he finished and we immediately walked in. 2) I have pictures of dried snot on the floor, poop smear in the toilet (my kids said the bathroom stinks) and was not cleaned. 3) The soap was open on the bathroom counter. 4) There were boogers smeared on the sheets. 5) The windows and balcony doors were smeared with handprints. 6) The table had food crumbs an salt 7) Dining table chairs had dried food on them 8) trash in the trash can 9) pillows on the bed were down (looked used) Clearly the room was not cleaned before we got there and the maid was currently in our room upon arrival. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund but was told their manager would call us back on Monday. I have been leaving messages and calling every day since we left over two weeks ago and still heard nothing. Expedia was the third party we booked through and the manager, Shone, told Expedia to deny our refund. We will now contact individuals to investigate the situation and post negative reviews everywhere.

Couldn’t get in the door with code. Had to go back and get the key. Glad it wasn’t raining. The tv in the living area wouldn’t work (stuck on hdmi with no remote for changing) Bed was great tho. This place has a lot of potential but definitely needs upgraded and just prettied up. Oh and bring your own tp, that stuff was horrible

The room was clean but needs some repairs. You can't see out of main window due to condensation in between the 2 panes. The plugs need to be repaired. WiFi was fine. Shopping within a couple miles.

Was not worth the amount Expedia chargd me for. (Expedia why don't you credit my account 1/2 and we will call it good) I had a tarp over the balcony so no view of the ocean. The sink would not drain and I stood in 3" of water during my shower. I did not feel safe, it seemed the deadbolt didn't go in far enough. No bath mat and a long piece of hair hanging from one of the bath towels. The TV had a good assortment of stations and the Wi-Fi went in and out and times. I would not stay here again. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews.

I was very skeptical to stay here after reading all of the negative reviews, but we had a great stay. There were a few small things like some stains on the wall but sheets and towels were clean, and the view from our balcony was perfect which was the whole reason I booked there in the first place ! Did not get a chance to use the pool/hot tub but it seemed to be popular so it must have been nice and hot ! Not my go to spot to stay in Lincoln City but for a last minute trip with view we had a great time !
