This hotel was the only one that provided free ice cream, all you can drink coffee and soda, an open bar in the afternoon and instant ramen everyday for everyone to partake. Additionally our rooms were perfectly cleaned. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again."

"Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."

"The location of this hotel is the best, it close to everything in Namba. My only problem was the sheet’s thread counts, sleep is very hard for me so the last thing I need is a low thread count bed sheet but otherwise it’s was a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Thank Hotel Nikko will be back again."
