Welcome to a family-friendly villa in the Orlando Area, designed for space, play, and downtime after the parks. You’ll have room to relax indoors and out, with features that suit groups of all ages.

Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows...Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.


Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sunlight filters through the screened patio as the day begins, with the quiet ripple of the pool and spa setting an easy pace. Indoors, there’s space to spread out, play, and recharge, whether you’re gathering after a day at the theme parks or enjoying a relaxed evening together. This single-level villa in the Orlando Area is designed for unhurried mornings, shared meals, and downtime that feels effortless.

The space
The home is laid out on one level with no stairs, making it easy to move between living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round, and fast WiFi supports streaming, work, and staying connected. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers a quiet spot when you need it.

Sleeping arrangements
Sleeping spaces are set up to suit families and groups. Two ensuite bedrooms each feature a king bed and Smart TV. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room with two twin beds and a Smart TV, ideal for younger guests. Additional sleeping flexibility is available with two queen-size pull-out sofas in the living and family rooms. The home has three bathrooms in total.

Living, games, and entertainment
Shared living areas invite everyone to come together. The main living space includes a 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming services. An air-conditioned game room adds another layer of fun, with arcade games, a pool table, ping pong table, and life-size games, making it a favorite gathering spot at any time of day.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances and ample space to cook and serve. Enjoy meals at the indoor dining table or take them outside to the covered patio, where outdoor dining overlooks the private backyard.

Outdoor living and resort access
Step outside to your private backyard with a screened pool and spa, available all year and open around the clock. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture create a comfortable place to relax between swims. Guests also have free resort access nearby, including a shared gym, sports courts, an outdoor playground, and lake access via a path or dock.

Family-friendly and practical touches
The home is thoughtfully equipped for families, with a crib, Pack ’n play, high chair, children’s books and toys, board games, and children’s dinnerware. Laundry is easy with a washer and free in-unit dryer, and driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles, with additional street parking.

Pet-friendly and set in the Orlando Area near Walt Disney World, this villa balances privacy, space, and amenities for a stay that fits both active days and restful nights.

We had a fantastic time at th is property. The hosts were super communicative and accomodating. The property is just as described and was very clean. We appreciated the snacks after a long drive and loved the pool. We would absolutely stay here again.
