Amazing Family Getaway

The property was so amazing!! Very clean, welcoming and so much fun!!! The water park was such a highlight! We highly recommended this place to anyone as our son truly loved the stay here as much as we did! The room was immaculate both spacious and updated!!

Stay was Good

The stay was generally good, but a few things could have made it better. The shower head could use a replacement, and there was a discrepancy with the check-out time. According to the reservation site, check-out was listed as 11 AM, but when I arrived, guest services informed me it was actually 11 am (no buffer time). With kids in tow, the rushed departure was a bit stressful. Overall, with a few tweaks, the stay could be even more enjoyable

From beginning to end the process was easy and smooth. Easy and affordable booking. Check in was fast. No long wait time. Nice clean room. Property is just as amazing and clean. Lots to do on the property if you don't want to go out. No charge for parking. No additional resort fee, all included in booking. Will be returning.

Get away

It was a two night get away. We were in a brand new renovated studio. It was wonderful and had everything we would need. The gym is wonderful. Only went to one pool and it was nice but the bar was closed. Would come back again.

2025 National cheer championships

Stayed to attend our daughters cheer comp @ ESPN World of Sports Complex. Great location, acommodations were clean, and checkin was a breeze. Room was comfortable and well priced. Will return again.

Legoland trip

Fun Time at Westgate

My family had a wonderful time at Westgate. The location was perfect and the amenities were what we expected. On site restaurants, pool, water park provided lots of fun for our grandson. It was close to area attractions mainly Disney World. It was a perfect match for our needs.

Great place for kids with lots of pools but terrible internet

Overall, the place is a great place for kids with lots of great pools. The manager called to tell me all about it which was nice however the Waterpark costs an additional $25 per person (but we were told $15 so there was some confusion there). On top when we checked in they only had us for one night but we had reserved for two nights. I wrote the property manager and they fixed it the next day. The only bad part was that my husband and I were trying to work while the kids played and the internet was very unreliable. I spent almost an hour with the provider and they couldn’t fix it which made it frustrating for trying to work. So my advice is go to play and not go to work.

Cheer Nationals Vacay

We stayed here while my daughter competed at ESPN Wide World Sports. The location was perfect 10-15 mins from parks. There was plenty to do on property as well as amazing restaurants! Easy access parking and we would definitely stay here again!

Not Sure We’d Book Again…

We visited Disney parks during our stay. We loved how close the resort was to the parks. The resort staff were kind and quick to respond. We had an issue with loud neighbors. Our concerns were heard and we were moved. These are all positives. However— the rooms were not very clean. The shower window was covered in mold. There were bodily hairs on the tub and shower walls. And it was clear that the tub had not truly been cleaned in some time as there was a weird grime over the tub walls. Cleanliness matters a great deal to us. So I rate this site lower because of this factor.

Very much nicer than hotel for quick stay

Very nice property for our 2 night stay. Very clean and tons of amenities offered (some activities were extra and not included in cost of listing). Would definitely chose over staying in a hotel as priced very reasonably for what we needed. Property owner was very accommodating and great in communicating. Everything was top notch at this property! Would definitely consider booking if we were back!
