「Older property. Nice and clean. Steps from the Walk.」

「朝食だけでなく、月曜日から水曜日は簡単な夕食も用意されるうえ、部屋に持ち帰って食べることもできるので非常に助かりました。 キッチンもあるので自分たちでまかなうことも簡単ですが、鍋は見当たりませんでした。 以前の客が魚を料理したのか、部屋が若干魚臭かったことが気になりました。 ここに限らないと思いますが、冬場は暖房をかけ続けることもあり非常に乾燥するので、乾燥対策は必要です。 部屋に歯ブラシは無いですが、フロントには用意されているようです。 」

「We had a wonderful time here. We stayed off season and the location and convenience were perfect. We enjoyed spending time in the lobby and wrap around porch. The room was nice and clean. 」

「We stayed at for a softball tournament and the front desk attendant was so sweet and helpful. She even gave us extra blankets and pillows so we are comfortable. We usually don’t stay in beach motels because we never know what we are getting into but this motel was super clean and very cozy. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Very clean, very cute hotel with super nice staff. Right behind the boardwalk so I loved that it was within walking distance. Great view of the ocean if you get a room on the 4th floor. Only negatives were the elevator was broken and the shower in the room I originally booked wasnt working so they proactively switched me to a comparable room with the same view and had a staff member bring up my bags. They were really on the ball with making sure there were no inconveniences despite the elevator...

「ビーチに近く、歩いて行くことができ、夜までのんびりと楽しみむことができました。バルコニー（テーブル、チェア付き）からも少しだけですが、海が見えて気持ちがよかったです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切な人ばかりでした。ただ、部屋にコーヒーメーカーがなく、フロントにもコーヒーサービスがなかったのが残念でした。」

「Nice selection for breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Nice for a lil weekend getaway. Close to Tropicana, the beach and downtown shopping (less than 8 minutes away). Safe area and quiet. 」

「Motel is like a mom and pop type of place which they do there best to keep it up and provide reasonable pricing even though it’s a bit outdated. Beds are comfortable and room and bathroom was clean. No bugs. Good for a 1 or 2 night stay. Convinetely located near shopping areas.」

「the place was clean. The address given took me to different place but i think it was still part of the building. it took me to where the laundry room is located and one if the front desk employees had to lead me to the front of the actual hotel ( the mansion , i think) to actually take the elevator to my room. This is where the good part stops the host seemed to have collaborated with the other building occupants to re-enact everything wrong that was done to me in Utah when i was using...

「Communication with owner was wonderful!」

「The condo was a perfect location, close to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Easy check in and check out process. Only a small issue came up during the stay (vacuum broke) and the owner, Jody, was easy to get in touch with and replaced the vacuum very quickly. Great rental!」

「Clean super convenient to the beach and shopping 」

「Smaller than anticipated but comfy and clean. Some neighbors/owners weren’t very friendly. Only 1 and 1/3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 women for a 4 night stay. Needless to say we had to buy our own. Mini fridge door needed to be propped closed since the seal didn’t work. A bit expensive for what you get. Parking is very tight if you have a larger vehicle.」
