「I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. 「

「The hotel had no running water for an entire day and guests were given a couple of bottles of water to wash with. Unacceptable. No refund, no compensation, nothing. Not even an effort to communicate or apologize for the water being out. An absolute nightmare. Elevators were not working. The gym was closed. The staff was friendly.」
