「Cute little place with good vibes, in a great location! Will definitely stay again! The only issue I really had during my stay was that I ordered drinks using the room service feature, they charged my card but never brought the drinks. The owner did not seem too concerned or willing to look into it much when I brought it to his attention. Mostly friendly, but felt like maybe he was wanting to rush me out of there. 「トイレ、バスは共用で汚くて入る気にならなかった。部屋も汚く、タオル類もきれいではありません。朝食付きとありましたが、自分でコーヒーをいれ、置いてあるパンを焼くだけで、おかずは何もない状態でした。この状態で宿泊代が３万円を超えるのはこれまでの Expediaで泊まったホテルの中で最悪の宿泊施設でした。この施設に泊まろうとする人は辞めることをお勧めします。」

「Very clean facility; manager Jose was very responsive and helpful; no in-room fridge but we were allowed space in the kitchen’s large fridge to store a few items; easy walk to bus and train and to restaurants. 」

「飛行機が遅れ予約日に到着できるかどうかわからなかったけど、こまめにメールでやり取りして安心でした。BlueLANEという部屋に滞在。キッチンが充実。部屋の外を電車が走っているのですが、旅の疲れのせいか気にならなかった。朝食はベーグル、パンなど数種類、ゆで卵、カットしたフルーツ、ヨーグルトなど。こぢんまりとしたシカゴのアパートという感じ。他ゲストの年齢層は高いので落ち着いた雰囲気。」

「We were pleasantly surprised by this property, and wished that our travel itinerary was such that we could have stayed more than just one night. Beth, the innkeeper, is personable and tends to every detail. The property is lovely and peaceful. Great dining options just a walk away, train to the city around the corner, and a lovely neighborhood to walk around and revel in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Highly recommended inn. We shall reurn.」

「オーナーとサポートの方でやられている素敵な宿です。とてもアットホームで妻が誕生日と伝えると可愛いサプライズがありました。シカゴ観光のオススメな場所も教えて頂き旅のスタートとして良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。シカゴに行った際はまた泊まりに行きたいです。」

「I would like to say that I was highly disappointed with the customer service, after already having the room booked for over a week I was contacted an hr and a half after check in on the day I was suppose to be there with additional requirements including a $200 fee (Hopefully I get that back) check in was at 3pm I wasnt able to get into my room till 6pm and I had a concert to attend at 8pm this rush caused more stress then it was worth but yes make sure the now $500 room is really worth it...
